Our Story
RiT Global started as a small IT support shop for local businesses in Jaipur and grew into an enterprise managed services and cybersecurity provider by following one principle: be the team that's accountable when something breaks, not the vendor that points to someone else's contract.
That principle shaped everything — from building an in-house 24/7 SOC instead of reselling a third-party monitoring tool, to insisting on documented, tested disaster recovery instead of a backup product license. Today we support organizations across healthcare, finance, government, education, manufacturing, construction, architecture, and professional services.
